Infinitus Chinese Herbal Medicine Industrialization Forum 2014 Is Held in Guangzhou SuccessfullyRelease Time: 2014-07-14
On 11 July, Infinitus Chinese Herbal Medicine Industrialization Forum 2014 was held in Guangzhou with the theme “Model Initiation Leads Development”. Hosted by LKK Health Products Group, co-organized by Infinitus (China) and supported by China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CATCM), the forum invited over 130 government officials, representatives from CATCM, industrial experts as well as the cooperating partners and staff representatives of the Company to participate.

Mr. Tim Chun, Senior Vice President of LKK Health Products Group, delivered a keynote speech at the forum. He said, “An alliance is the fundamental organizational form and guarantee mechanism of industrialization. We could not connect resources and markets, markets and products, products and development and build up their interdependence unless we have set up a reliable alliance, which is also necessary to realize the organic integration and mutual promotion of geographical distribution, standardized planting,scientific management, enterprise management, and commercialized operation.”

At the forum, Mr. Fang Shuting, Chairman of CATCM and former Deputy Director of the State Administrative Bureau of TCM，emphasized the importance of Chinese Herbal Medicine Industrialization. He deemed that the planting and cultivation of Chinese herbal medicine should be liberated from small-scaled peasant economy and be industrialized. He said, “The demand of Chinese herbal medicine at home and abroad is getting larger and larger today, and hence, the shortage problem emerges accordingly. Our country has given more and more supports to the Chinese herbal medicine industry and made relevant regulations. Meanwhile, related institutions have made great efforts in developing the planting and cultivation of Chinese herbal medicine in three directions, namely, standardization, scale development and industrialization.”
Afterwards, Mr. Wang Weiquan, President of Specialized Committee of Chinese Herbal Medicine Planting of CATCM, made a detailed speech. He put forth a proposal for future base construction for Chinese herbal medicine and praised the "Infinitus Chinese Herbal Medicine Planting Management Model" for its demonstration effect. He said, "Infinitus has spent years studying and thus created an innovative planting model which includes 'Five Integrations' and 'Four Innovations'. The model has been applied to the planting of 25 categories of Chinese herbal medicine and havested social and economic benefits. It is an effective and advanced model that can lead the industrial development." Therefore, CATCM decided to confer the plaque of "Excellent Innovative Model" on the "Infinitus Chinese Herbal Medicine Planting Management Model".

It is known that Chinese government has been increasing its support on the raw materials of Chinese herbal medicine since the 12th Five-Year Plan and developing Chinese herbal medicine in terms of standardization, large-scaled development and industrialization. To adapt to such trends, Infinitus has organized the forum for four consecutive years, using it as a platform for communication in the planting management of Chinese herbal medicine. In 2011, the Company put forth the "Infinitus Chinese Herbal Medicine Planting Management Model". After two years of execution, development and promotion, the Company further put forth the "Infinitus Chinese Herbal Medicine Industrialization Model" in 2013.
