Quality is the foundation of a company. LKKHPG strives to provide quality products and service to customers by putting in place a scientific and fully developed quality assurance system and technology development platform that integrate product R&D, raw material sourcing, production, logistics and market feedback.
The Outstanding Supply Chain Management Model is an important guarantee in our commitment to quality.
In 2008, LKKHPG held its first Supply Chain Partners Business Connection and Promotion Conference. Since then this conference serves as a platform of communication. A variety of activities demonstrated LKKHPG’s corporate culture and values to the suppliers and we introduced the concept of general supply chain management. We also organized a training program concerning quality management based on product quality standards for suppliers.
In 2009, LKKHPG held the Second Supply Chain Partners Business Promotion and Networking Conferencel themed “Quality through Integrity, Glory through Cooperation”. The idea of corporate quality management was promoted, and the Outstanding Supply Chain Model was expanded to our supplier network, in order to ensure that we provide customers with high-quality products and services.
In 2010, the New Product Inspection Center covering 1,500 square meters was established to monitor nearly 10 testing subjects. The center is essential for improving product quality, as a growing production capacity implies higher testing needs.
In 2011, LKKHPG established the Research Center on the Security of Chinese Herbal Industrial Chain in collaboration with China Agricultural University, in order to further optimize the Outstanding Supply Chain Management Model. Outstanding resources from both parties are used in the joint research on the cooperation model of China’s herbal industry, development of management expertise, and application of industrial laws and regulations.
In 2012, China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) accredited this Product Inspection Center as a “National Accredited Laboratory”. In October 2012, the center passed the Food Analysis Performance Assessment Scheme (FAPAS) proficiency test again with all test results satisfactory.
