On 15 November, Infinitus (China) Company Ltd. was named one of "China's Top 10 Companies in Corporate Culture" at the Annual Conference on Corporate Culture Management in China 2015. Mr. Sammy Lee, Chairman and Managing Director of LKK Health Products Group (LKKHPG), was granted with the title of "Pioneer in China's Corporate Culture 2005". Both awards have been conferred for four consecutive years.

The Conference was hosted by the China Culture Administration Association, an authoritative institution supervised by the Ministry of Culture of P.R.C. The evaluation was based upon the newly-upgraded China Enterprise Culture Construction Assessment Standard 3.0 (trial edition) (CECCAS), from the aspects of culture concept, culture construction, culture regulations, operation and management of corporate culture. The awardees have achieved outstanding achievements in corporate culture from the theoretical and practical perspectives, boasted high popularity and reputation, and made significant contribution to the industrial development.
For the past 23 years, Infinitus has formed its own unique cultural system by taking Si Li Ji Ren as the corporate core values, adhering to the spirit of Constant Entrepreneurship, that is to break through but not to cap, and combining the oriental traditional wisdom "invisible leader" in Tao The King with the western management concept to creatively put forward the modern enterprise management model, the Auto-Pilot Leadership Model.
This cultural system was not only compiled and published in books, namely the Power of Si Li Ji Ren, and the Auto-Pilot Leadership Model, but also implemented in action within the organization through two Driving Wheels, "Learn, Practice and Coach"(LPC) and "Leadership, System and Media"(LSM). LPC is a cyclic system of mutually coaching each other. Everyone is both as a student and a teacher, since not only grassroots employees but also the senior management need coaching. Meanwhile, LSM attaches great importance to the leading role of the leaders, the mechanisms such as the satisfaction survey, the rule of taking turns to host a meeting/event, team building, and a variety of communication channels such as book sharing and the Office Automation System, enabling culture to become a consensus on employees' behavior.
Cultural influence is subtle. It can be reflected by employees' and stakeholders' recognition of the enterprise. According to the Infinitus Employee Satisfaction Survey conducted by the renowned consulting firm Hewitt, Infinitus has better records than the industrial average over the years. Thus, in 2013, Infinitus was awarded the title of "National Corporate Culture Demonstration Base" becoming one of the few companies to receive the title in China.
Winning the authoritative recognition for four consecutive years reflects that Infinitus’ corporate cultural system, which is based upon its core values "Si Li Ji Ren" has become its unique core competitiveness.
